Melamine

Melamine door front is the most economical door front you can ever get in the market.  Melamine is known of its fast manufacturing time as well as its variety of supplies in the market. Since it need not consume too much of time to produce, the price can go lower as compared to other door front. Melamine normally comes in wood colour. There aren’t many plain colour option to choose from.

3G/4G

3G or 4G is a kind of door front that gives you gloss effect . It is simply a piece of glass surrounded by aluminium. It come with many colours of selection. However, the draw back is the side panel can’t be same colour as door front.

Matt Spray Paint

Matt Spray Paint comes to fill the gap of melamine whene customer wants matt plain colour. Of course , the price is higher than melamine, but it’s super nice with almost FULL Matt finish.

Solid Nyatoh

Solid Nyatoh door is full wooden nyatoh door. Its designed in such a way to achieve English look. This is the most expensive door front because wooden nyatoh is expensive. Moreover , it has to be finished by spraying paint on it. Not to also forget English Design needs molding, cornices etc.

After running the factory for sometime, Hosana Kitchen realized in order to move forward to offer better quality of product, more sophisticated machine with computer controlled was to be invested.

Starting form year 2000, we invested a numbers of fully automated machine.We started with a fully auto edge banding machine, follow by panel saw. In 2006 we bought a CNC point to point machine. With these machines, we had minimum complaints  from customer. We also managed to cut down the cost by

i) increase output

ii) Cutting down human error.
